Nifold
Support
Nifold is a twisty puzzle for iPhone and iPad. Nine rings overlap on a single board and share the dots where they cross, so every turn helps in one place and hurts in another. Scramble it, then bring all fifty-four dots home.
How to play
- Tap the small blue arrows around the board to turn a ring. Each ring has an arrow for each direction.
- Dots sitting where two rings cross belong to both rings, and move with whichever one you turn.
- The counter under the board shows how many of the fifty-four dots are home.
- Scramble mixes the board into a fresh random puzzle. Reset returns it to solved.
Questions
Does Nifold save my progress?
No. Nifold keeps nothing between sessions — closing the app and reopening it starts you from a solved board. Nothing is written to your device and nothing is sent anywhere. If you want to keep working on a puzzle, leave the app running in the background rather than quitting it.
Is there an undo?
Not in this version. Reversing a turn means making the opposite turn on the same ring.
Does Nifold need an internet connection?
Never. Nifold makes no network requests of any kind and works fully offline, permanently.
Does Nifold collect any information about me?
No. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no account. See the privacy policy for the details.
The arrows are small and hard to hit.
